Student Records

It is OSBC’s policy to maintain the admissions, academic, and financial records for currently enrolled students in a locked (or occupied) office in a heavy, secure, fireproof locked cabinet on the school’s premises.  Dual files are maintained for each student, whether currently enrolled or formerly enrolled, one file containing admission and academic records and one containing financial aid information.  Records for formerly enrolled students are similarly safeguarded but not necessarily on school premises due to a lower need for immediate access.

OSBC maintains student financial records related to financial aid, tuition and fee payments, and tuition refunds for at least five years.

The school issues transcripts upon request.  The transcripts contain the date of program entry, the date of graduation, the date of termination or withdrawal, and if applicable, the clock hours and grades earned.
